Bored?

Well, finals are over...and I'm bored as hell. I mean, I can study for boards...but who wants to do that after finals. Or go to lab to do labwork, but I really really don't feel like it. I try to keep myself entertained with games....but for some reason, I don't feel like I'm really sucked into any game right now, like it doesn't make me want to play it. I miss that feeling of wanting to play a game so bad because it's so good. Kind of makes me nostalgic about the old FFs looking back...how well made they were. Now, the quality has decreased. Well, the producers making FFXV want it to be the best FF ever....we'll see if they can get the old feeling back. The last game that I really wanted to play was Tomb Raider, which I finally finished on PC today (I've already finished it on PS3). What I love about PC gaming is that there's no comparison to console graphics. I mean, just look at these screenshots that I took:

and this one is probably my favorite:

I would say, it's looking pretty much like what next gen consoles can do...

But yeah, I finished Sleeping Dogs on PC, it was alright. Still haven't gotten around to finishing Bioshock Infinite. I want to know what the story is ultimately about because it has gotten rave reviews, but it's just not holding my interest currently. I still find that the official Cosplayer for Elizabeth in Bioshock is very talented...

Pretty freaking amazing

And I'm not gonna be playing FFXIV, the MMORPG because.....I don't want to get sucked into it especially with boards coming up, and the fact that there's a monthly subscription fee. But damn, it does bring a lot of old FF elements back, and the amazing music by Nobou Uematsu really ties things up really nicely. But no monies...or time. Maybe later, once they work out all the bugs and have more content. But yes, SqEx fails at costumer service like no other. Duno if I wanna support them because of that.

So I'll be on clinic during the break....gotta make sure I get the hell out on time. During that time, then I'll work on my numerous lab projects for patients..and maybe studying for boards that is coming up on December. Pretty much at the home stretch....kind of. But anyway, having good patients makes a big difference. Makes clinic so much better, and makes you feel good about what you're doing.
