(no subject)
So I started the new Tomb Raider finally...man, I don't know what took me so long to get to it. I can tell from a couple of hours into it that it is already gonna be a pretty awesome game. People are stupid in the sense that they were complaining that Lara is like a damsel in distress type of character prior to the release of the game....so annoying when you have people making judgements on stuff that they have no freaking idea about. So far, Lara seems fully capable of surviving on her own, which is good because weak sissy needy girls gets on my nerves. But yeah, the game's great...And the PC version at 60fps with Tressfx, and at 1080p is so much nicer than the console counterpart. But I still prefer consoles...can't stand the xbox controller for the PC, most unergonomic shit ever.
FInished my first root canal treatment today on a molar tooth. Turns out the tooth had 4 canals....ugh, was not expecting that on my first ever patient root canal treatment. But it went well, considering the circumstances, so I'm happy. The most stressful thing is taking the final radiograph of the canals filled with the guttapercha material. You hope that it came out at the correct length, and that there's no voids...It's sorta like cutting a piece of meat, cake, or whatever in the middle after cooking it, not knowing how the middle is like, as in if it cooked all the way thru perfectly. But yeah, I was so relieved that the radiograph came out really nicely. A big sigh of relief.
School is still shitty though. But certain people help keep me sane, especially in the past year and on. We probably keep each other sane, until we get outta here. Would I recommend a perspective student to come to this school? Maybe not...not because the program is bad or anything. It's just all the damn politics, regulations, screwing the students over. But then again, I don't know how it's like in other schools either.
I'm waiting for 10 more minutes to see what games are going on sale on Steam. Really hoping for RE6, because I wanna see that in glorious 1080p, and 60fps.
