Click to viewSaw this movie yesterday with kankyuuhin and Tyron, right after two episodes of Personal Taste, Lee Minho's new kdrama where he pretends to be gay so he can live in this architecturally famous house so he can get ideas for this project he's working on, when of course he isn't gay and all the misunderstandings are golden and delicious. Saw another 3 episodes after coming back from the movie. Freakin' epic. The girl is pretty good, though at moments her face reminds me of Goo Hye Sun (Jan Di in BOF) - and no, not because Minho is opposite her :P Something about her face. Anyways, the drama is super fun. If you're into kdrama at all, a definite recommendation.
Movie was alright, kinda mediocre, kinda really gross at moments, with a nice lukewarmy "family + friends = <3!!!1!!one!" moral message at the end... Pretty much the only decent thing out right now besides Robin Hood, which we've already seen. The best thing about it is the ridiculous concept and the young technology-addicted guy, I could totally sympathise with him XD
Gotta say though, John Cusack and his career leave a lot to be desired. What the hell happened, man? You're good! Stop making shit movies, for the love of cinema! D:
Ooh, also, random: I discovered my new favourite ice cream! It's this dairy ice cream from Scotland that tastes like freakin' milk. I know what you'll say, "it's ice cream, of course it tastes like milk", but I seriously mean it: fresh milk, not very sweet, just as it comes out of the carton. Not the vanilla ice cream taste of milk. It's amazing. I'm totally converted.
Gotta go mail this application for my old high school's language camp (called Rainbow Camp) in June. With some luck I'll be an assistant teacher in a Creative Writing class XD
