New Year's Resolutions

Because if I write them down then I might actually follow them. Or I can refer back to them at least. We'll see.

1- Lose 10 lbs this quarter.
1A- Go to the gym 5-6 times a week.
1B- Do not eat late at night.

2- Stretch everyday.

3- Go to bed earlier.

4- Stay in better touch with my friends at home.
4A- Call Shelley, Kenzie and Sarah once a week.
4B- Call Meghan, Jeff, Katie, Andrew, my grandfather and Martina at least once a month.

5- Try and be better organized.

6- Do most of my reading this quarter (aka stay up with work).

7- Work on being more direct and honest.

8- Start yoga.

9- Drink more water.

10- Work on REALLY listening.

I know I had more. But that's my start. We'll see how it goes. :D
