Well... It depends on what sort of curry you want to make. There's chicken curry, and beef curry, and pork curry, and even vegetable curry. Ah, but my favorite is mabo curry!

Yes, you can. My friend would usually put potatoes, onions, celery, and carrots in her curry, in addition to the meat.
