Friends Only

A few answers before you friend me, because while I'm sure there are questions to be asked, certain ones have been asked over and over. So I'll just spare both of us some time.

Hey there! Do I know you from Fandom X?
Probably. Most recently, I've been active in the Pokemon fandom, though in the past I've also been involved in several other fandoms, so I wouldn't be surprised if you've seen me around somewhere. Furthermore, I roleplay quite a bit, and I'm currently a mod at pokedressing; I was talked into opening a musebox recently (bloodburned), and an active muselist can be found here.

I met you through Fandom X! Will you add me?
Certainly. Just make sure I know you've added me - while I don't refuse to friend most people based on whether I know them or not in my offline life, I don't add anyone who doesn't comment. Also, please know that about 55% of this journal's content is about my offline life, and I don't cut most things dealing with it.

Something you wrote used to be public, but I can't get to it since you friends-locked your journal. Can you add me so I can read it?
No. I'm sorry, but this journal is friends-locked for a reason. I don't add people for the sake of giving them access to fic I've written in the past, nor do I plan on unlocking any fic that has been locked down since I friends-locked my journal; the fic that I have kept public can be found at my fic journal, no_youwouldnt. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused; if you got here via a list of some sort, please either tell me directly or notify the person running it that the fic is now locked and will no longer be accessible to the public, so that they can delete any links to the locked material.

Do you add non-English journals?
It depends. I have a high level of fluency in French, and I understand a fair amount of Spanish, so if your journal is written in either of those languages, then yes. Other than that...no.

Do you cut people from your flist?
Once in a while. I do flist-cuts from time to time; they aren't common occurrences, but they are completely random. The most prevalent reason for people being cut is a general lack of activity - if you don't post for several months, I'll probably cut you - though sometimes it happens because we just don't have anything in common anymore. You are also free to defriend me at any time, without notification or explanation; I'll defriend you as well, as soon as I notice. I'm a bit of a scatterbrain sometimes, so give me a few days.

Are you really mentally ill? Are the disorders in your profile formal diagnoses?
Yes. I'm formally diagnosed with disorganized schizophrenia, and from time to time I make posts about it. Information on my condition can be found here - please read this before friending me.

I remember you from California. Where have you been?
Around.

If everyone is cool with this...
