Back in the early 1990s I worked for a Chem-Dry franchise and one day I got to fill my water tank up with a hand pump. The is the only time I'd ever encountered a working hand pump to that point and I thought it was really cool. I don't really remember where I was, I think I was near Condon Montana, but I could have been anywhere in northwest Montana. Hmmn, maybe I was up in The Yaak.
