I've decided that Dr. Midnight is not going to be a traditional pulp style hero. He's going to be a Virtual Adept Neuro-linguist instead. He's still the master of fear, and such, but he uses his Focus (Language) to create the correct mental image (either a scary one, or whatever) and drive people toward that image (for good or for ill.)
