Round Two! Important Info & dates
We're gearing up to start round #2!
For this round we will re-list any remaining prompts from the last round and we will add two new fandoms for prompting. Only prompts in the new fandoms will be accepted.
2/25/12 through 3/3/12 - Prompting. All comments screened.
3/4/12 through 3/25/12 - Author Claims. Anyone can claim (no "sign ups" this round)
3/25/12 through 4/1/12 - Artist Claims. Anyone can claim (no "sign ups" this round)
All authors and artists will be notified of their matches as they occur and be encouraged to work together.
4/7/12 - Check in. Each team will be required to post an update in order to be put on the posting schedule.
4/14/12 - Posting will begin
A few other notes:
The minimum word count is 3000 words. More is always better, but with short rounds we realize not everyone can write 5000 or more in a little over a month.
We're operating on the assumption that we're all grown ups here. If you sign up to write or create art, you are making a commitment, not just to the comm, but to the author or artist that has also picked the same prompt. You are expected to work with the other person.
Life happens and people will end up having to drop out. We will provide a specific way to do so, in order to make things easier on everyone, probably a post set aside for you to use. If you do not use the identified method for dropping, you will be barred from participating in the next round.
