Tony had barely gotten the door open before Gibbs was on him, pressing him against the wall, mouths crashing together.
“As hot as it looks, those things can kill you.” Gibbs said between kisses. His fingers fumbled with the buttons on Tony’s shirt.
Tony’s head hit the wall behind him and he groaned. “Jesus, first Abby and now you?” He made a noise when Gibbs finally got his shirt open. Tony brought Gibbs head to his for a hot kiss. Tony grabbed Gibbs by the belt.
“Besides, I have other uses for this other than cigarettes and talking.” He said against Gibbs’ lips. Gibbs grunted and moved his mouth to Tony’s neck, biting and kissing.
Gibbs cell phone rang. He groaned and removed himself from Tony. He checked the ID and nearly growled.
He flipped it open and barked into it. “Yeah?”
Tony, undeterred, swiftly unbuttoned Gibbs shirt and latched onto his collarbone.
Gibbs fought a grunt and tried to concentrate on what Pacci was saying and not the hot eager mouth teasing his skin.
“Yeah….ok…….I’ll be there soon.” Gibbs said as he hung up the phone. It took all his willpower to push Tony away.
Tony looked up at him with partially glazed eyes, full of heat and confusion and a tiny bit of hurt. Gibbs heart clenched and he glanced away and began buttoning his shirt.
“Pacci called, he needs me to break Gambino in interrogation.” Gibbs said. That seemed to snap Tony out of it.
Tony cleared his throat slightly. “Right.”
Gibbs grabbed his coat off the floor and pulled it on.
“Only I thought you were gonna get rid of my adrenaline rush.” Tony said, his voice laced with something else Gibbs couldn’t place.
Gibbs smiled at him. “Later.”
“Maybe I’ll have a smoke to get the edge off.” Tony said, eyes sparkling dangerously.
Gibbs stepped closer to him and gave him a light smack on the back of the head. “You better not, Boy.” Gibbs said lowly. He didn’t miss the flare of heat in Tony’s eyes at the name. That would be worth exploring.
Gibbs kissed him. “Bye.” Then went out the door.
Tony stared at the closed door for a moment with a silly grin on his face before he shook himself out of it. He decided to turn on the TV until Zoey got home.

Three hours later, Zoey came through the front door stumbling only slightly, but enough for Tony to notice from the couch. He sat up and stood up as she threw he coat on the floor instead of hanging it up like normal. Oh jeez.
“Where were you?” Tony asked, noting her slight unbalance. This was not going to be fun.
Zoey turned toward him, swaying slightly and smiling widely. “Where do you think?”
Tony sighed. “Did you drive here?”
Zoey giggled, “You drove the car home, remember?” She asked him laughing and tapping the side of her head.
“Then how did you get home?” Tony asked, trying to keep calm.
Zoey giggled, “McGee drove me. Do you like McGee? I do. I think he’s kinda cute.” She said, while walking to her room.
“Oh great, you’re fucking drunk,” Tony said following her.
She turned around with a very confused look on her face. “I’m not drunk!” She said while still trying to walk into her room. She stumbled and almost ran into her bedside table.
She snorted, “Ok, maybe just a little,” she said holding up her index finger and thumb, “bit drunk.” She grinned brightly again and flopped down onto her bed. Tony just gazed at her from her doorway. She sat up.
“What Tone?” She asked still smiling.
Tony ran his fingers through his hair frustratedly. “You’re acting like a kid.” He said, plainly.
She frowned. “Am not.”
“Yes, you are.” Tony said taking a step into the room.
“I am not!” She said, raising her voice a little.
“Fuck Zoe! You just got drunk with a cop at an undercover OP, right after we’ve gotten the biggest fucking lead of this case!” Tony said, starting to get louder and louder. “What the hell is wrong with you?!” He was to almost yelling now.
“The case?” Zoey said, “The case is going fucking nowhere Tony! You wanna know what’s wrong? The case is going nowhere and Dellarosso is going to disappear again!”
“Bullshit!” Tony yelled walking closer to the bed, “That’s fucking bullshit and you know it! First the shit at the hospital and now this? There’s more to this than a fucking stupid case!”
Zoey shook her head “no” but Tony saw the slight glisten of her eyes and the fight left him. He knelt by the bed and sighed.
“What is it?” He asked.
“It’s nothing, it’s stupid. I’m being stupid.” She said, her voice shaking ever so slightly.
“Zoe, What?” Tony asked, his voice soft.
Her lip trembled a tiny bit and a tear trailed down her cheek.
“I miss my brother, I miss him Tony.” She said before a few more tears leaked out. Tony sighed and hugged her. She wasn’t bawling or sobbing obnoxiously, she was just crying, needing to let some of the pain out, still, after two years.
Tony just held her, being her source of comfort for a while before both stretched out on her bed, exhausted, physically and emotionally, from the day and fell asleep.

Tony looked up from making coffee when Zoey walked into the kitchen holding her head. He smothered a laugh with his hand. She sat at their tiny table and put her head down.
“Please tell me we have Ibuprofen.” Her muffled voice said.
Tony laughed out right this time and placed a cup of coffee and two tablets by her.
She inhaled deeply and picked her head up. She picked up the two pills and the coffee.
“I love you.” She said seriously before downing the painkillers.
Tony chuckled. “You know, you’re a strange drunk.” He said smiling teasingly.
“Oh my god, You’re way too much of a morning person!” She said, taking another sip of her coffee.
“Because you’re a very giddy, happy, drunk-“ He started.
Zoey sighed and scrubbed her face with her hands.
“And you’re also a sad, cry-ey drunk.” He said, a smile on his face the entire time.
“Ok, ok…shut up now” She said, downing the last of her coffee.
“You know, what you said last night, about the case-“ Tony said, sitting down across from her at the small table.
“Look, Tony, I was upset and I didn’t really-“ Zoey started to say.
“You’re right.” Tony said.
“I- what?” Zoey’s head flew up, and she winced slightly. “What do you mean?”
“You’re right, the case is going nowhere. Gibbs hasn’t called to say that we have a lead because Gambino broke in interrogation. We need another lead if we’re gonna catch this guy.” Tony said.
“Are you saying we do some sleuthing ourselves?” Zoey asked.
“…Yeah…we ask around, call a few of our contacts, see what info we can get.” Tony said.
Zoey shook her head slightly. “But, that would break Gibbs’ deal, he could arrest us, not to mention your boyfriend would be completely pissed if he found out!”
“He’s not my boyfriend.” Tony said calmly. Zoey rolled her eyes. “And besides, I don’t think he would care as long as it got us another lead.”
Zoey was silent for a minute, before relenting.
“Okay.” Zoey said, “Let’s catch this bastard.” Tony smiled at her.
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
The phone rang a few times before a male voice answered.
“Hey Tones, You know my brother is still in love with you from that last meeting, right?”
“Hi Travie” Tony said chuckling and Zoey full out laughing beside him. “He’s gonna have to get over it.”
The man on the other side laughed, “Alright, I’ll tell him. Is that Zoey who’s laughing?”
“Hi Travie!” Zoey said.
“Oh Jesus, If both of you are calling this can’t be good” Travie said.
“Hey! We aren’t that bad.” Tony said. Zoey giggled.
“Do you not remember our last meeting?” Travie said, laughing slightly. Tony chuckled.
“So what can I do for you two?” Travie asked, getting down to business.
“Actually we need some info. on someone. A hot topic drug dealer.” Tony said.
“Alright I may be able to help.” Travie said.
“You ever hear of a Dellarosso?” Zoey asked.
