Off in a few for the 4th day of segment two Anat Baniel Method Training. I can't say how much fun this is, how brilliant it is to be taught how to learn in some other way than plodding through data; how energizing it is to find "lost parts" of my body- parts I've "put away" because of injury or disuse.
