Ha. I went to bed at 7.30 pm today, woke up with this gasp of someone who just fought her way out of a swamp (metaphor for sleep here) and then...have been up since. Thank god today's a - pretty useless day. An hour more before I've to shower!
Did you know technically insomnia means no sleep? Like, inability to sleep. So if you can't sleep much, it's actually hyposomnia.
