Thunder boomed in the distance, shortly followed by streaks of white lightening. Phoenix was running for who knew how long, until he found himself standing on the edge of a jagged cliff, looking out into the open storm. Black clouds loomed ahead of him, wind whipped through his hair and clothes, and he tried to keep his balance on the thin path. As he looked out, he suddenly wondered what exactly was he doing out here? He knew he was searching for something, or answering a call from far away, but there was nothing in front of him.

"Grr!!  How did I get into this mess...?"

Suddenly, the lightening ceased for a brief second, and the world went black. It was only a mere second, but to Phoenix, it felt like so much more. The light show came back, along with the thunder, but what surprised him the most was that the Judge was standing right in front of him! Well, actually, more like sitting in front of him! Because he couldn't even see his feet, for the judge was a 100 feet tall. His eyes burned red, and his voice rang out loudly when he spoke. The earth rumbled, and Phoenix feared that he would lose his footing.

"That’s far enough!" yelled the Judge, his red eyes glowing with anger. "You can't run forever, Mr. Phoenix Wright!"

"Wha...?! What have I done wrong?!"

The Judge ignored his question.

"I cannot allow you to go on like this!"

"B-But I'm just a simple defense attorney!"

"Silence!"

As if in slow motion, the judge raised his gavel high above his head. "You are no longer worth of your title!"

WHOOSH!!!
