You'd need to get a good costume, then, mister Wright. The costume of a villain is directly proportional to his level of evil, after all.

It's common sense, mister Wright! Nobody would take you seriously as a villain if your costume was boring.

That can't always be true... I'm sure the the worst villains are the ones that you don't expect. You know, ones without flashy costumes.

But... scientifically speaking, the more a costume stands out, the more confident the villain is! I'm sure that even happens in real life, too!

I think with that line of thinking, it would be of better use to heroes, rather than villains.
