Rejoice, for we have internet service from the home again. But it's still located in my bro's room until we get the router and we're using one of the high kitchen chairs so it looks doubly odd but oh well. I'll take it over nothing any day.
I actually got up at 7:30 today, a Saturday, just had to share. I'm not supposed to be that person. But I did get some studying done while I hung out during that test. Still not sure what my sister's piano teacher wanted me to do exactly, she just had me sit in the corner. Guess my 'adult' presence was supposed to be enough, lol.
I just don't understand the mothering thought process sometimes. I had to turn in some movies that she forgot to return a little earlier, and the Hollywood video is only a few blocks up the road but she kept going on and on about whether or not I was sure I could handle it. Yeah, I make the commute to school every day just fine, it's not a huge commute but I still have to cross two counties to get into another "city" (got to love greater Houston), that's just about twenty-five on a good day if I'm flying on the highways though I how I wish I had an EZ pass so I could take the tollway on my late days. Surprisingly, I don't miss the five minute commute as much as I thought I would. So I can handle that drive ten times a week but not a quick run up to the street?
She claims she worries about my night vision. I can actually see pretty well though my brain has occasionally been off on judgment in the past. But you accidentally drive through the grass once and no one lets you forget it.
Anyways, now that I'm rested up, I'm terribly excited to start reading those quote fics. I haven't read any fics in a few weeks, the withdrawls weren't fun^^ Seems like this whole thing just started up and here we are in February already with a big batch of them. I've got my pepsi one and my internet so I'm set for the night ;)
