theamazingk was right! I sent this via TPT's/KTCA's website mail form.
Dear TPT/KTCA,
I had a very UNPLEASANT conversation with your receptionist this morning about your decision to move Mister Rogers' Neighborhood to your digital-only station feed. When I told her that I didn't like YOUR decision to remove the program from your main analog channel, all

According to TPT/KTCA, I can also get their HD channel if I buy one of those converter boxes, but that would mean I would have to unhook my cable ;b! Brilliant, NOT!
When we tried getting digital cable from Comcast, in the beginning, everything was fine until Comcast kept cutting off the digital cable signal periodically after a few months or so. I called and asked, and they said they cut off the signal because they couldn't ping their digital cable box to see if it was 'alive' or not even though we got the signal fine on our end. Because their computer system could not see the box, it automatically cut off the digital feed and killed the digital cable. I had to keep calling them to reactive it.
They said it was our house wiring's fault they couldn't ping our box easily >=/ even though I could get their signal fine on my end, and they wanted to rewire our entire house from top to bottom in order to fix it. Our house is a big giant landfill of a mess, so having guys come in stomping about to rewire things would cause us more trouble than it's worth. We said, "No," and asked why they just couldn't feeding us the digital cable signal that WE WERE PAYING FOR because we didn't see a problem on our end. Comcast said NO, they NEEDED to ping our box's activity in order to feed us the signal, saying it was part of their rules and regulations or something FCC related (I don't believe the FCC cares if Crapcast can ping our box or not myself ;b!).
We were at a standstill, so we had no choice but to downgrade back to analog cable. Crapcast didn't care. It's their loss, money wise >;b, but now, I can't get digital cable 8(! This was some years ago when Noggin was still a joint channel of Sesame Workshop/CTW and Nickelodeon. I can't remember how many years exactly. We keep thinking about switching over to Direct TV because of it, but we haven't --;.
That's okay about Press Your Luck. What was wrong this time?

Finally they gave us one of their new model of boxes and that actually works.
This time we've been DVRing them and then my plan was to record them manually. The stupid DVDR wouldn't even record manually. This was a different DVDR since I was hoping mine would miraculously have the timer record work.
But now it's fine, we've just switched DVDRs to mine and I had no problems transfering all episodes since September 3. (Comcast erased the others...)

Thanks for the info on Crapcast's digital boxes! I knew our wiring wasn't at fault, but Crapcast wouldn't listen >X(! If that's the case, we might be able to get our digital cable back since Crapcast will probably have forgotten our little argument with them all those years ago, but we'll see ;b. They may have forgotten our argument, but we haven't --;. Also, we'll need some time to figure out what we want to do.
Thanks for helping me record things in the meantime! I greatly appreciate it! I've lost track on when I need to pay you next though, so you'll have to tell me when I need to give you more money o~O!
