I spoke too soon --;!

Remember how, in my last entry, I thought I finally found a suitable shampoo for my psoriasis ridden scalp? I think I spoke too soon --;. Starting yesterday, I have some sort of sunburn-like dry rash on the back of my neck. I haven't been out much whatsoever, and the only thing 'different' lately, besides my various illnesses, is the Lush Soak-and-Float shampoo bar which I started applying directly to my scalp maybe a couple of weeks ago instead of just lathering it in my hands. Besides the prescribed topical steroid, that's the only other thing that goes near that part of my neck, and I don't think the steroid dries out and irritates the areas I apply it.

If I lather the shampoo bar in my hands only, it's harder to get a good amount of shampoo on my head. Maybe I should go back to doing that though if this is the result. I guess I'll have to do more experimenting to see if the rash goes away or not --;. If not, I'll have to go look for something else. I hate my scalp.

I think Hollywood Records just cheated Best Buy >=/. I went to my newly renovated Best Buy the other day to use their burn-your-own-mix-CD kiosks. I got a variety of stuff to put on the CD, my 8th so far in a long line of Mix & Burn CDs, including a Cirque Du Soleil piece which I've been searching for 15 years now. I never knew what that piece was called, so I tried humming it to an operator at Cirque Du Soleil's shop once to see if she knew what it was called with no luck. I always thought it was Cirque's main theme song, but I was wrong. It's actually called Eclipse. Anyway, back to Hollywood Records, one of the songs I got was Year 3000 by The Jonas Brothers. I WAS expecting to get a VOCAL version of the song. When I got home and played my new CD, I found out what I got was an all instrumental version of the song o~O! I went back to Best Buy today to ask what happened. Supposedly, all the albums they have in their CD burning kiosks are supplied directly from the record company themselves. What they sent to the Best Buy computers is what they got. The Jonas Brothers CD is SUPPOSED to be a VOCAL SUNG album, but Best Buy's computers only have a pure instrumental version of the CD in their computers. All the other tracks were instrumentals too! The Best Buy guy and I were dumbfounded O~O! I told him I really didn't mind the instrumental version, but I had wanted the vocal version. He didn't know what to say other than that was what they had. I asked if he could lodge a complaint for me, but he really didn't know what to do other than apologize for the inconvenience. Methinks Hollywood Records gave Best Buy the wrong version of the album ;b. I guess I'll have to get the song via a CD burning kiosk at Sam Goody or later on at Best Buy when the CORRECT version is supplied to them.
