Bloody Freckin' Hell
So, I bought an S-Video out cord in hopes of doing a BIOS flash, turns out my roommate doesn't remember the user name and password for the internet, so I can't directly hook my machine up to it to download what I need, so I try hooking my external drive to her comp.... fucking windows 98 needs a driver or it... so bullocks to that because I left the driver, along with a lot of other needed things, back in Winnipeg. -sighs-
So after being jerked around for 2 weeks about my pay, I finally get it today, $160 for a day of work I did 2 weeks ago, could only use $60 because I need to save for rent. still no actual job yet, and for those going "Stick with what just paid you $160" I say to you, It doesn't snow a whole lot, so it's quite unreliable, as a matter of fact, we went out this morning to remove a tiny bit of powder... really it was just pointless to even be out... most of the places me and my partner for the day went to we just drove up, put out a handful of sand, didn't even really need to, and moved on, we were done all our places, and a couple of other people's places in like 4 hours... and most of that was navigating the city, hurray for two out of towners..
So, I figure, if I don't have a job by Janurary I'm going to either give it one more month, or just come back to Winnipeg, where I had a job, and can resume said job, and resume my original course of saving up for university to eventually become a teacher.
well, that's my rant for the time being... adios.
