I have long considered my personal symptoms to be more reflective of my environment ("society") than of myself, my true nature. I find homelessness to be the ultimate reflection and it is truly a crisis, not only for those who suffer now as a result, but for those who will soon be destined to the same.

I am all for raising the pay of workers, but as minimum wage goes up, the gap between those with money and those with absolutely none grows wider, rapidly approaching insurmountable depths. Most so-called "convenience" stores engage in the despicable practice of price concealment, which is simply not providing the price to the consumer while making a purchasing decision. I've seen cold coffee drinks in a bottle go for $4.79. I guess most of their customers are just made out of money and whatever the fuck the cost is don't matter to them.

I recently found out that Kat Timpf has a boyfriend. She's smoking hot and famous and successful so of course everyone wants to bang her. I've heard her talking about dating and it sounds like she just runs into an endless douche crew and she's ready for the genuine article. To hear her talk about her boyfriend on her podcast was so depressing. Hey, ditch the zero and get with the hero.

I wanted to all go off on a big virtuous rant about my take on homelessness and how it is a symptom of how society sucks great big bloated sloppy donkey balls, but I found I just couldn't. Now that I have managed to work "great big bloated sloppy donkey balls" into a sentence I'll be able to continue.

What is freedom?

Rhetorical question? No, you fuckwad, ask yourself the goddamned question. In this country, by which I mean the great United States of America, you can have as much freedom as you can buy, or you can live among people of virtue in an environment which respects personal human rights.

Of the people, for the people, by the people. Expecting government to effectively engage the issue of homelessness is like expecting Santa Claus to shit personally gift-wrapped and labeled individual perfect Twinkies every Yule he condescends to traverse your soot-chute.

It all boils down to artificial scarcity.

The American Civil War wasn't about slavery, it was about creating wage-slaves. The homelessness and food insecurity problems in America are rapidly worsening symptoms of a New World Order in rapid decline.
