yesterday -
I read Russell Freedman's The Wright Brothers: How They Invented the Airplane . It was OK. A little technical at times.
I read Susan Campbell Bartoletti's Hitler Youth: Growing Up in Hitler's Shadow . It was amazing. Really interesting.
I started reading Beverly Cleary's Ramona and Her Father
I listened to Patti Rothberg's CD "Between the 1 and the 9" It was clearly a pop-folk singer tuning into the alternative rock trend of the time. Not noteworthy, but some songs were nice. Inside, Looking for a Girl, and the heavy "Up Against the Wall" are all strong tracks. I give this CD a 6/10. A lot of really bad tracks on this CD.
today -
I finished reading Beverly Cleary's Ramona and Her Father . It was OK.
I read Paul O. Zelinsky's re-telling of Rapunzel I really liked it and his artwork was great.
I also finished my annotated bibliography for Dr. Smith's class. I still have to edit it but I did my 10 annotations already.
