Today has been so full of wonderful coincidences and surprises!
Karley and I went to eat at the new BBQ place on the Square, because they had free lunch. There's no such thing as a free lunch, you might say. Well, there is. And it was delicious! And Stephen was our waiter! Yay!
Then back at Cool Beans I saw a guy I knew from GHP. A legend, really. He has become part of the collective mythology of our group of friends. Bootface. Bekkah had given me a Luke Skywalker doll and he had these rubber boots that came off, and this guy Jason, in Steven Bain's class, suctioned the boots to his face. Bootface. He was even in the Zone Episode that Erich and I wrote. Someone found a boot in their food.
Strange, because I think I also saw Michael Bailey at LaParilla the other night, but felt like I didn't have anything to say, so didn't approach him.
