happy turkey day everyone!

this has probably been the most awkward and weird thanksgiving i have ever had to endure. lunch at my grandparents was fun. my aunt and uncle, cherisa and mike, were there, with their daughter melissa and her husband brandon. melissa is in her late twenties, but i hadn't seen her since i was about four or five. when i was growing up she had some big problems with ocd, like serious problems that affected her social life in major ways, so i never saw her. she seemed pretty normal now though, and brandon seemed really nice. i hope they come up for christmas too.
it was thanksgiving at my house that isn't fun. my mom and jerry's friends, bruce and sue, came with bruce's daughter kyla, and it's awkward because i don't know them, nor do i want to know them. so i've basically been a loner and i've isolated myself a bit. and i realize how selfish that probably sounds, but i really don't care because of the situation surrounding that has made me feel this way.
i just kinda wish everyone would leave so i could get back to my life.
