Most if not all of you have seen this, but I thought I'd add it since I've had nothing else interesting to post!
This is Miko Fox. He was my first commission, and I had a wonderful customer who let me take months to make him! It was great, actually, because I was able to give 100% attention to each piece of this and get everything as good as possible. I had time to develop new ways to make things, new patterns, and experiment with techniques even more than I did on Evergreen. I'm really, really proud of this guy, and it means even more because I don't think I've ever worked on such a large project for someone else before. Of course, the expectations I heaped upon myself because it was my first "job" and sophomore fursuit made me totally nuts, but I'll get over that!
Since I spent so long on this one, I'm really going to be turning things out in the next few months because I have some upcoming con deadlines I want to hit for people. This pressure is a good thing, because now my focus is speed. Quality will always be top priority, but if this is to be viable I obviously have to make more than two fursuits a year! Haha....ha. Hm. But luckily my next two commissions are pieces, which I think will help because I can easily see the end. Today I'm starting a head-only commission (a fox! not kidding...) and after that, a bodysuit and feet. Then for RF I have two more fullsuits. I already have the head base for one of the fullsuits completed, and it is awesome!
