Yesterday, the presentation team and I met with Coca-Cola to present our ideas. The Coca-Cola representative had food poisoning the day of our presentation, so she wasn't able to see our presentation and give us feedback. Recall that Friday, May 4th was one of the best and worst days of my life because it was the day my team was robbed of a winning title and a learning experience. I wanted my team to hear real feedback from the client, and I wanted to be able to share our ideas with someone other than deaf ears (the three judges). So I emailed Coca-Cola and asked to setup a meeting, and we were able to visit their office up in Los Angeles. The presentation went well, and the feedback was amazing. We got criticism that was actually constructive, but it was very minor. The feedback was complimentary and reaffirming. I was so happy that I almost cried because I finally got the closure that I needed.
Rose and I made dinner for us and Nicole, and it was super fun! After dinner, I was exhausted from a very early morning and long day, but Anthony insisted that I go out to celebrate our accomplishments. There's no arguing with Anthony, so I got dressed and went to the District! Alex's dad was so pleased with the Coca-Cola meeting that he told Alex he would buy everyone a round of drinks. It was a fun night with the Circle gang.
While at the District, I realized that I hadn't looked at my grades, so I checked once I got home and I graduated college with a 3.8 GPA. Whoop whoop!
