New Years!
We spent New Years at Cookie's house, with lots of friends, not too much to drink, games, Wii, fireworks, and way too much food. We left about 3am, and the front was just moving in. It was starting a cold drizzle.
I slept thorough that light rain until 1pm! Then got up to madly prep, because we had K's lovely cousin Amber and her family over for a bit of a birthday bash for her and K, and a bit of a get together, last night. I made hoppin' John and greens for prosperity, and had way too many party snacks. Skyler and Da Beau came over when he got off work (1am) and people finally left about 3. No more parties for at least 3 weeks. But it's been a fun season, absolutely!
