I finally tried cooking quinoa and it was yummy! I did it the same way I cook rice: simmered for a few minutes and then left to sit, turned off and cover on, for 20 minutes. I made it with chicken broth, sautéed onions and garlic, corn, black beans, slasa, cumin, cayenne, s&p. I chopped fresh cilantro for those who wanted to mix it in. We ate it at
