On the Fence

Marcus applied for a sup position at work and I was on the fence about which way I wanted it to go. On the one hand, he welcomed working on something different and there was a pay jump...on the other, I feared it would cause him anxiety and make his schedule less flexible. So, really, I didn't want him to get it. Luckily, he was also on the fence

i totally know that feeling! don't feel too guilty...you didn't make it happen (or not happen, in this case); confirmation bias is so powerful, man. i'm so happy about the new house, btw. and also that he'll be able to come home for lunch and be with you and the boys :)
