(no subject)
This term is as difficult as we thought it would be. Marc and I are constantly juggling the kids, school, housework, us...and vying for homework time. I've decided to drop one of my classes because I've forgotten WAY too much of the necessary accounting that I learned 17 years ago. I'm just not prepared. So, I'll refresh this term and take it again in January. I'll still be full-time without the class so it's all good. Plus, I'll be in school for 7.5 hours on Thursday instead of 10+. Otherwise...school is going well enough. I have an exam and a presentation tomorrow but I'm only moderately nervous about each.
The weather is finally turning toward cool. Well, sometimes in the 80s, anyway. At night, it sometimes dips down into the 60s! Woot!
Construction is supposed to start on the kitchen soon but I'm loathe to empty the three main rooms we use :-( On the other hand, I hate seeing the baby crawl around on this stained and ancient carpeting...and the carpeting has to stay until after the kitchen/dining room wall gets torn out. So, I have to schedule this thing.
All of the furniture in the living room, dining room, and kitchen will have to be moved elsewhere. Where in hell is it all gonna go?!?!?
