Philly!!! and stuff

I'll be visiting Philly in a couple of weeks!

Until then, I have much school work to do *boo* We're in the last two weeks and the pressure is on. My grades look good but y'all know that GPAs can get effed in the end of the semester.

Bastian Bear is a bundle of lovely...but he's worrying us a bit. His weight is not much changing. In two months, he only gained a few ounces. The doc told us to add butter to his food and get him to eat calorie dense foods like eggs and cheese. So far, he's liked most things we've offered and the butter is boosting his intake considerably. He's still breastfeeding 5-6 times per day and on my class days, he has a bottle of organic formula. One would think that 4 solid meals and all of that milk would put some poundage on the boy...but no. Not yet. It's freaking me out, actually.

Chaz graduated high school and is still unsure of what he wants to do for the rest of his life. I don't blame him...it's a tough question. He's currently in Philly, visiting some of his favorite peeps in turn. He'll be visiting his grandparents for a week and then we'll be in town! His graduation party is set for late July with our family upstate. It should be interesting for all of us since I've not seen a lot of the family in years. Chaz will be returning to GA with us and then, right before he flies to Philly, we will all go to Dragoncon!!! We were gonna costume this year but Chaz changed his mind. I'm hoping to still convince everyone to throw something together before Labor Day weekend arrives. Teenagers are no fun.

Gavin will be coming to Philly/upstate PA/AC with us. He's so excited. I don't think he can conceive how much time he will be spending in the van...or there would be less excitement. He loves to tell everyone--including random wait staff--that he's going to the ocean and Pennsylvania. This will be our last long stretch with him for a while since he starts preschool when we return to GA. We'll only have him for 3/4 of the weekends and during holiday once he's following a school calendar *meh*

Okay.
