It's a boy!
We had another ultrasound today and there was a wee penis on the screen! We have pics too :-) So, the baby's name is Sebastian Hugh Rogers. Chaz hates the name...but we love it. And for those who might be wondering-->yes, I fell in love with the name "Bastian" as a child watching The Neverending Story.
I will have several more ultrasounds in the coming months because the gestational diabetes makes everyone nervous. The baby measures a little bit bigger then expected but only about two days bigger. So, the monitoring seems to be keeping things in check. I've gotten used to testing my blood 4x per day and keeping the monitor in my purse when I'm out of the house. So far, so good.
I asked about being able to go to Huntsville for Thanksgiving and the doc said it was fine as long as I get out of the car and walk around every hour or so. It will be awesome to be able to spend the holiday with Dan and his family :-)
