So it occurs to me, in retrospect, that I should have checked what machines and freeweights and such there are at this very small gym at my office building on Monday, when I was last there. As it turns out, while it's well-stocked for arm workouts, it doesn't really have much of what I need for my lower body stuff. But with the dumbbells and what they do have, I was mostly able to make do. I may need to find some alternative exercises for next Wednesday, though.
I'm still sore from Monday's upper body workout, though I feel better than I did this morning, so I may yet be up to Friday's. I sure hope so. It would be a shame to break off my scheduled stuff so soon. Tomorrow is another running day, and I hope my legs aren't so sore from today's leg lifting that that's awful. Here's to hoping it's alright.
