I'm not going to post for every day of my 12-week workout plan, but probably every day for the first week or so, and any other time there's something notable to be said. This, along with basically telling everyone in my life about it, and keeping track of my lifting sets, is my way of keeping myself accountable for what I've done. Without a really defined plan it's easy to say "I don't feel like it today" which stretches into the next day, and the next...this way I assure that I get done what needs to get done.
So today was running, and I did the same 3.5-4 mile loop I've been doing every week or two since I moved here. I'm still very, very sore from yesterday, and I hope my arms are ready to lift again come Friday, when I do upper body lifting again. So after running, rather than just being sore, I'm exhausted, sweaty, and sore. But it's a good tired. We'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow morning.
