These assholes.
So, today a patient who lives in San Antonio got to see his wife. She drove down to come visit, and since there were time slots available, she came to spend an hour with him at 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
That's lovely.
Except Will came down from Tennessee in January to see me, and he was only allowed to visit once on Saturday and once on Sunday. Even though both afternoons were wide open. I paid for the flight, the car, the hotel, and I got to see him for 2 hours over the course of 2 days.
Turns out if I'd just asked a different person (or the same person on a different day?) I could have seen him twice as long. This place is fucking bullshit.
Tony Hickman, administrative assistant and scheduler, is an asshole.
I already knew this because he yelled at me a bunch on Thursday for asking him to follow through on booking an appointment for me. So finding this out today is just maddening.
