[ Fina slips into the item shop sometime during Brook's disappearance, intent on finding a replacement for the living room table Ramirez destroyed in a fit of bad temper. Or tripped over and broke. It was difficult to tell with him, but that would be the official story which is why Fina is trying to find one to replace it with before Minato notices. ]
