 This is actually how my Luka hears music.  Once Elton John's "Tiny Dancer" was playing and she thought it was, "Hold me closer Tony Danza . . . by the head lice on the highway."  Knowing Sir Elton, this isn't that far of a stretch.

My favorite misheard lyric story of all time, though, was my wife's morbidly obese friend who got offended by Seal's

Bwah-ha! Too bad I can't remember examples of mis-hearing lyrics. Mostly I just don't have a clue what they're saying - it's all mumbly-peg - until I get hold of a copy of the lyrics and think "wow! So that's what the song's about!" and occasionally that just totally ruins a song for me.
