I was advised by my colleague that since I am HIGHLY vatta, I develop a routine, which is probably the hardest thing I could ever do. Seriously think I would rather run a mile or something and I HATE running. Gahhh so, okay, here is my "in a perfect word" routine:
630: wake up
let bella out
pee
floss
tongue scrape
brush teeth
rub scalp
rub in almond oil
shower
7: pour pom juice
drink glass of lemon water
oil pull
get dressed- or at least put underwear on/ get outfit ready
730: do kriya (s)
830: make breakfast/ eat breakfast
9: walk Bella (I really would like to do this earlier but don't know where to fit it)
10: work on making something (pants or dress)
1130 (tuesdays) go to kates's noon class work after until close

1045 (wednesdays) slow flow at studio mantra
1200- come back home, make dinner/unch, go to work

9am- Kundalini Xenia
1030 Yin
1200 (Thursdays) Slow flow at studio mantra

1045 (friday) slow flow at studio mantra

goals of each day:

do yoga
walk bella
make food
create
ON the 27th of each month:
Get a massage
Change nail polish
Epsom salt bath
hair mask
pray a rosary
on new moon:
take Epsom salt bath
pray mala
