My sister
My sister was an RA at THE Ohio State University in Columbus (stop wtih the booing and the hissing already, it's not her fault she's her mother's daughter). Ahem. Anyway... she was an RA for one of the dorms and if I'm not mistaken she'll do that again next year. She had to fill out a dating contract with the main dude b/c she wanted to date one of her residents. It was a casual dating thing... a "We're think we've got a crush on one another but we're not sure.." one of the most thought-out possible dating situations. She's not stupid. She's pickey and a little stuck up but she's usually not getting herself into stupid situations. That's my job. I've told her many times before "Do the opposite of whatever I do and you'll be OK." so far, that advise has worked. Well, she and Kenny (oops, said his name. Kenny, Kenny, Kenny, Kenny....) sorta dated and then it sorta tapered off. They're in this in-between-we-don't-know-how-we-feel stage. Well, he's a little possessive and jealous yet not ready for a relationship. But he wanted to be honest and not drag her along. That's not the part that makes him an asshole. That's OK, I'm glad he's honest and her feelings were hurt but it's not his fault and she udnerstands that. She knows she's too atached to him and she's trying hard to not obsess over peeople like I do. She's got a life, that's a good thing. But, she realizes that she's totally in love with him although she really can't see a relationship with him either. Why? Because I've talked to her (she doesn't journal, no chance she'll read this but I need to vent about it) and he sounds controling, anal retentive (worse than my ex, ex boyfriend whom I call shit-for-brains). He's just... I don't know, he's selfish and just little things he says and the way he talked to her, things he said. Things she said he said. Well, when she goes somewhere and there are guys... he's all posessive and holding her hand etc. When they're alone... he's acting like they're "just friends". Also... apparently, there was a situation. She described it to me and I'm not gonna say it here but... I'M REALLY PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW. Does anyone want to kill Kenny?
