11/21 - Food (1 meatless) & Exercise Log, Weigh In

Meatless Breakfast - 16 oz. water with lime juice
                                        3/4 cup muesli w/ 1/2 cup lowfat milk
                                        12 oz. coffee with lowfat milk

S - 1/2 homemade lowfat banana cranberry muffin
       12 oz. coffee with lowfat milk (I was dragging today...strength training yesterday "left its' mark")

L - 1 crabcake with 1 cup asparagus

S - (just before running...blood sugar felt low) 1 package of Sport Beans

Post-run snack - 1/2 green pepper with hummus
                                banana

Dinner - 1/4 cup chicken
                4 pieces of brown rice salmon sushi
                1/2 c. carrot

Total hydration - 90 oz. water

Exercise - 4.87 miles (I started out for just a 5k, but it grew)

AND this morning, I weighed in at 157.8!  Woo hoo!
