Work continues to be stressful; hopefully this will even out as I learn all the new software tricks so I sound smooth on the phone again. Very vexed by the people who won't take the paperwork on the top of the pile because it's too hard, so it just sits there until I come along and do it regardless. I'm happy to say that the software switch seems to be working okay. The biggest problem is that only the last ninety days of notes on accounts came over, making it impossible to track long term problems ( Read more... )

Well, I got my promotion and a small raise, effective Sunday.

I'm promptly taking the first two days of next week off since the software switchover will knock out much of the workload. Overtime available later, though.

The eighties Farenheit are much more bearable than the hundreds.
