Gotta feel sorry for the Minister of Muggles--he can't reveal what's really going on without sounding like a nutter....
Unbreakable Vow chapter: Very cool. Snape is very, very good at being a double agent.
Disappointed that we got zero development on the Dursleys, especially what Petunia really knows.
Dumbledore: All over the book, so it was obvious he was going to die.
Draco: Even I enjoyed him getting in a good shot on Harry. Still barely redeemable, though.
Again, disappointed that Luna turned out to be a red herring in the relationships sweepstakes.
