Attention Bujold Fans
It has come to my attention that my sister has never read any Bujold books. My Friendly Local Independent Book Store happens to carry a full line of same, many signed by the author.
So...which of the novels would you recommend for someone who isn't a particularly big SF/Fantasy fan? (though she did enjoy Harry Potter) Ideally, I'd want to give a book that's complete in itself, and shows Ms. Bujold's writing at its best.
