I constantly have problems with SCAD's bureaucracy and struggle to find tasteful (but, you know, still forceful) ways to deal with it. I must say, that is a pretty rockin' email, and I am envious of the implied response. ENVIOUS. I had (or I guess still have, since they won't honor my request for a new one) an account representative that was/is a complete fuck up, and when I thoroughly detailed the extent of her inadequacies, I got a response from her supervisor a month later telling me, shucks, that's too bad, I should just email the bursar secretary with questions when I have them. Oh dear sweet mysteries shrouded by paperwork and oak, how I long for you to own your mistakes, apologize, and fix them!

I used to think college bureaucracy was the epitome of lazy, self-serving cluster-fuckery...until I entered the world of publishing. I'll try to dig up and cap the response later when I'm not supposed to be working. :3
