While I'm thrilled to bits one of my yoga teachers has offered to let me assist some of her freelance classes (excellent experience for when I finally get around to signing up for teacher training) I've been told I need to learn the Sanskrit terms for stuff. I went to a new yoga studio yesterday, the College Street location of The Yoga Sanctuary. I went to one of their intermediate ashtanga classes.
