Day 3 - Pull Ups

Day 3 - Pull ups I jumped into position and managed to let myself down slowly in a controlled manner for the first. Must have counted my victories too early; I struggled on the third count on my 2nd, and completely flopped right down on the 3rd. The last two were so painful I just didn't want to get back up.

Coach Ray's instructions were to  do 2 days, rest 1. I'm finding that math too complicated for my simple mind to take, so I'm just going to do it daily. The Brother had a different technique, but I'll try Ray's out till end of the month. If this doesn't yield results, I'm going to work on the other one from Feb. We'll see.
