Have to say that I am loving the Wii so far! I'm actually quite surprised at how effective Wii Fit seems to be. I've definitely been building up a sweat with some of the aerobic stuff but it keeps the heart rate raised but pretty relaxed which is ideal for fat burning. The yoga and muscle exercises are pretty good for strength training too, I'm a

Scales did not hold good news again this morning. I forget what it actually was, it was either 265 or 266 and then dropped to either 264.6 or 265.6, I completely forget which! Either way, well up on 263 of a couple of days ago. Grrr

Bad news is that I was up .8lbs this morn, 263.8 :( Not sure why as didn't have an awful day yesterday at all. I think partially it's because I didn't drink enough water. I usually drink more than enough and while I would have had enough yesterday it wasn't as much as normal. I only had one pint of squash and I usually have 2 or 3 in addition to
