CV I'm very very happy with is done.  Thanks everyone who gave their input, it was extremely helpful!  Now I just have to do my cover letters - I'm trying to put together a generic format that I can adapt with ease to each job

Nope - none of these are paramedic jobs. I'm getting out of EMS finally. These are all social work jobs. I'm applying to graduate school to get my MSW, and pursue Animal Assisted Therapy (particularly Equine and Canine). Te Extrano mi pica!!!!

That sounds like a great path for you. I'm starting MSW school in 2 weeks!
I hope all's well with you... te extraño tambien... there's a Mexican restaurant in my neighborhood called Pica Pica btw and I always think of you when I pass by it! :-)
