Savoring
I savored seeing different places I visited in Rio with Diogo on Reality Z on Netflix.

Gratitude
1. I'm grateful for chocolate covered ginger.
2. I'm grateful for the Mad Forest webinar on how the made the thing and the fact that so many people making digital theater right now are just willing to share their knowledge.
3. I'm grateful for bingewatchable shows like How to Get Away With Murder.
4. I'm grateful for Trader Joe samosas.
5. I'm grateful I was able to get so much done today.

Social Connection
We had another alumni event, so I spoke with everyone for about an hour there and then we had costume fittings for The Yellow Wallpaper for an hour tonight that went really well.





Kindness
Nothing

Exercise
I did 15 minutes of yoga this morning. I slept well for about 8 hours.

Meditation
I did a 5 minute Headspace meditation after the yoga. Still hard to focus.

I did not use silence to lie, exaggerate, feel better than or judge others today. So that's a win?

A lot of these communication practicing techniques are particularly difficult to practice in lockdown.
