I think the girl snogging Teddy was Bill and Fleur's daugther. The name sounds French and she would be a few years younger than Teddy. However, it could also be either Charlie's, George's (FRED!!!!!! WOE!!!!!!!), or Percy's daughter. I'm saying it's Bill's though.
