Firstly, thank you! I really appreciate you taking the time to write something for me! I know this is a busy time of year for a lot of people.
As far as general ideas go, you can get an idea of the sort of things I like by popping over to skidmo_fic, where I keep everything I've written. I like slash, but I'm not at all opposed to gen or het. AUs are love. Crossovers are love. I'm not a huge fan of crack or any sort of whumping. I'm cool with angst or romance, humor, UST. I like me some melancholy, but I also enjoy a good, old-fashioned happy ending. Banter is always appreciated. No character death, please, not outside of canon. I have no preference as to ratings, though.
If you're writing Sanctuary, I am of the opinion that there is not enough Tesla/Henry in the world. Or Tesla/Watson. (Actually, I ship Nikola with just about everyone, so if you put him in the story, I will be a very happy camper.) Declan just doesn't get enough love over all, so I'd love to see him.
If you picked History Boys, Scripps/Posner is my OTP forever, but anything of them at Oxford or later in their lives would be fantastic. And though I love Posner dearly, I can handle him being unhappy. Seeing Irwin's involvement or lack of it in their lives post-school would also be really fun.
For Sandman, Death is my absolute favorite, so anything with her would be golden. Her and Lucifer together would be beyond brilliant, really.
I'm relatively new to Watchmen fandom (though I read it for the first time ages ago), so I'd be happy just to see what you come up with for that. Nite Owl II and Rorschach together would be awesome. Eddie and Sally as well. I didn't put him down as a character but the original Nite Owl and Sally would also be lovely.
That's about it, really. I'll be happy with whatever you write, I'm sure, and I'm looking forward to seeing it!
