nubs trip!!
o yes! as you can all tell by looking out ur windows...we have snow. which means. RMST NUBS TRIP!!!
o how i love ski team.
right so friday i was sitting in spanish and i could see the bus and all i could think of was getting out of school and on to that bus! like no lie i was so excited. it was crazy. dashed out of spanish at about 100 miles and hour and got changed. helped camille carry all her stuff to the bus and then got everyone loaded. got a bitch out from the mother and then FINALLY got on the bus for the weekend of skiing and freedom from EVERYTHING else. like i love you all and everything but its nice to be with other people that are like fun and crazy and skiaholics. and hannah. jajaja. so there were 12 girls and 18 guys there this weekend. odd considering theres so many more on the team but whatever. ur loss not mine. anyways..the bus ride. way to long. we got stuck on I-75 cause of the accident and we ran into a blizzard. stopped in west branch for gas...hannah, camille, oreo, bri and i went to taco bell jajaja. watched top gun and national treasure on the way up. stopped at nubs and dropped off all our stuff and went to the hotel. camille, hannah and i were in a room. then oreo and bri were next to us and katelyn and caitlin were next to them so we just opened all the doors and had ajoining rooms. it was a party. we went to the lodge till 11 and played cards and called bc pizza and got them to deliver us pizza and the boys decided they wanted what was left of our pizza so they came and got that and we decided to play a prank on justin and camille takes my fone and ran to the boys room and she hands it to ethan and shes like when it rings just answer it. so that was our entertainment for the night. o yes and we played 10 fingers and went to bed round 2.
getting up saturday morning was not pleasant. we had my humps playing to wake us up but still. not happy to be up at 7 in the morning. got dressed got to the lodge got on the bus got to nubs. omg the pancakes there r huge yet very much amazing. had breakfast and got out on the hill. free skiied for a little while and then they split us up and sent the girls jv with one coaches, boys jv with one and the girls and boys varsity with another. so us kids were just standing at the top of the hill listening to scott talk and we were all like ehh and so hes like okay get out of ur skis, run to the snow machine and back. NOT COOL. running up hill in ski boots. ugh. then we did drills for like an hour before he'd let us get into the gs course. let me tell u that was amazing. to be back in a course. i freaking loved it. skiied that until lunch and then had COFFEE thank god. then back out for slalom. OMG i heart slalom more than ever before. it was amazing. then went in and i bruised my tail bone and we waited for like an hour and then we all got dinner. yummy. and went back to the hotel and chilled for awhile. watched some movies. hung out at the lodge. played poker. locked hannah in the saw room.watched the freshman boys getting attacked. tried to start a snowball fight. fun stuff like that. then jeff, moncton and haddad came wandering in looking for the number for a pizza place and jeff was like hey would u pay be 50 bucks if i ate soap and haddad was like yeah. so jeff actually shoved soap in his mouth and started to chew it but couldnt actually get through the whole bar and so he attempted to wash it down with gatorade...it started a chemical reaction. and like burnt his tongue. twas entertaining. went to bed late.
this morning. not cool getting up. lodge. bus. nubs. breakfast. hill. gs course. lunch. slalom course. bus. home. i took a bad fall. it hurt. my head still hurts. everyone that missed gates had to hike. that HAD to suck.
all the random stuff in between was fun! i love that team so much. you are all so freaking fun.
